No. We don’t charge extra fees for urgent deliveries. And we don’t charge set-up or minimum fees either. Of course we always appreciate generous, flexible deadlines, but we’re just as happy to lace up our running shoes if your translation has a tight turnaround 🏃.
Sometimes, a freelancer may seem like a good solution, but quality translation often involves effective project management, ongoing communication and technical insight.
While it may be possible to find a cheaper provider, you might consider asking yourself what this means for the quality of your translation (and your bottom line). If you’re selling cheap components in a low-end segment, it might be overkill to have six eyes review your product descriptions. But when marketing high-end products to the discerning, quality-conscious consumer, it can be a costly mistake to cut corners (or, for example, a proofreader) just to save a few pennies.

Invoicing
We support monthly and EAN invoicing. Should you have any other special wishes or requirements, our accounts department will go to great lengths to accommodate them. Some agencies request payment in advance; we’re not one of them.
We request payment at the end of the month in which you placed the order for your assignment. If your assignment spans several months, we request payment at the end of the month in which the assignment is delivered.
